As Programme Partner for the Cultural Leadership Programme, Freshwaters Consultancy will be delivering four unique leadership training and development opportunities within creative and cultural organisations in Africa and India. The placements are designed for mid-career cultural and creative industry leaders of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds seeking to broaden their leadership practice and experience.
Placements are for three months and are supported by a bursary of up to £15,000.
