Freshwaters Consultancy is a pioneering leadership and strategic
development consultancy that operates in an international arena. Founded in
2000 by Maureen Salmon to nurture the leadership and organisational development needs of individuals, organisations and communities.
Freshwaters Consultancy core services are leadership and organisational development, strategic project and programme development, coaching and mentoring. We have particular expertise in work-based learning, cultural diversity, internationalism, relationship and partnership management. Freshwaters Consultancy works across the public, private and non profit sectors.
Freshwaters Consultancy has experience of working with UK and EU governments, government agencies, arts and cultural organisations, further and higher education institutions, business schools, social housing. We have designed and delivered major government funded innovative programmes in leadership, entrepreneurship, employability and social regeneration.>
We work collaboratively with our clients. Typically we do this through a process of careful enquiry and innovative design. The aim is to develop and deliver practical tailored solutions that best suit their individual and organisational needs - and circumstances - to help them reach their full potential and achieve their goals and aspirations.
Freshwaters Consultancy works in Africa, Brazil, Caribbean, Europe, India South East Asia (China, Singapore and Hong Kong) and the United States of America brokering relationships and partnerships with a range of cross sector organisations as well as designing, developing and delivering major projects and programmes.
We create alliances and work collaboratively with other consultants and consultancy practices including Caret, Berkshire Consultancy to complement our expertise and services, and to enable sustainability and a wider choice for our clients. As a result we have built a reputation for inspiring and helping to transform individuals, organisations and communities.
